US government spending data can be a pain to track down; while much of it is publicly accessible, it's scattered across many agencies that have their own ways of presenting information. Soon, though, you won't have hunt for it at all. The recently signed DATA (Digital Accountability and Transparency) Act will publish all of that financial material on USASpending.gov in an easily readable, software-independent format. The law also calls for both more detailed budget data and a simplified set of reporting requirements.
Don't expect greater transparency overnight. You can visit the website today, but the overhaul may take up to three years to complete. It's also unlikely to shed light on secret programs at institutions like the NSA, where line-by-line fiscal details are normally kept under wraps. Nonetheless, the DATA Act should eventually make it much easier for Americans to spot wasteful spending, and even fraud -- there's a real chance that the revamp could pay for itself. ..Source.. by Jon Fingas
Trials verses plea's . About the edvidence for a re trial , accusation or DNA . Or more DA prosecution tactics of forceful answers .to build a case for a win . Or lets make a deal your guilty even if your not, and thats your option . And that fraze you'll never see the light of day again, and with good council you'll walk . Don't believe it - the only people that get away with this or murder is a WOMAN . How do you figure .
ReplyDeleteIf its your first time arrest , and you tell the truth they will interagate you until you agree or be convinced what they inflict in your mind is what really happend , and 99% of the time its just what the police need for a collar . The only information not given to the public is how much extras they get from a conviction . By police clock hours plus over time . Signed by the sergent on duty . If there is a discrepency the union steps in and is never challenged . I wonder why ? Do they really carry a big stick to opose the challengers ? Keep those cameras rolling folks .ear's and eyes wide open .
