ALERT: Advocates Heads UP, but proceed w/caution, which court has original jurisdiction?

Folks, today there is a story about the illegal immigrants case in Arizona, but thats not the issue folks should target, read the story closely: Which court has jurisdiction for the Parties in Interest? Thats the issue!

Before the story a word of caution, if you figure out what I am eluding to, and wish to file a case pro per (i.e. without a lawyer), DO NOT do that, because if the high court dismisses the case with prejudice, then you will have blocked the issues for other more knowledgeable folks, LAWYERS! This movement needs QUALIFIED LAWYERS presenting issues, and NO ONE else! Sorry for being so blunt, but its true...

With that said, on to the Arizona case article:

ONLY the US Supreme Court has Constitutional Authority to Conduct the Trial

Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.

Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says:

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction…

“Original” jurisdiction means the power to conduct the “trial” of the case (as opposed to hearing an appeal from the judgment of a lower court). You all know quite well what a “trial” is - you see them all the time on TV shows: Perry Mason, Boston Legal, The Good Wife, etc. Witnesses testify and are cross-examined, etc. Now go and read the rest of the article.. Again, without good qualified lawyers, a case will do more harm than it will do good... Lawyers are trained for the shenanigans and tricky court rules and procedures while local John/Jane Does are not... Also, the costs of such a case are astronomical, individuals are very unlikely to have the funding for such a case. Instead beat a path to every known lawyer, talk to them, find out which one is willing!

Finally, there must be willing Plaintiff/s with all the right circumstances, to get laws declared unconstitutional. Are you, or do you know, who those possible Plaintiffs are?
