Folks, take a close look at the list in the following SMART Office list of AWA Implementation Grants given out THIS YEAR.
As to the State listed, haven't they already been given grants for implementation LAST YEAR, and maybe, the year before, and the year before?
How many times will States be eligible for "Implementation Grants," until taxpayers start screaming...its time now to stop this flow of money into the bucket.
ACTION ALERT: Why is Ohio listed as a State that received a "2010 Implementation Grant" when they supposedly were "In-Compliance" LAST YEAR 2009? Maybe the Ohio Supreme Court decision made Ohio "Out-of-Compliance" and no one wants to tell the general public that FACT?
