  1. Well, now the number of RSO's killed per year is trumping - by far, that of victims. Whatever happened to "if it saves just one?" or "one victim is too many". This is abhorremt in western "civilzation".

    That said, this is a great site and well put together with very relevant links.

    Margie Slagle with the Ohio Justice and Policy Center is looking to put together a Blue Ribbon Panel of Lawyers, Law Enforcement, psychologists, sociologists, victims groups, etc,. to call for a moratorium on making any more laws regarding RSO's because yes, these laws have gotten that out of control. We have the studies now that support the finding that these laws do not work as intended and may even make society less safe. Who amongst us is willing to stand up and do the right thing? Who will speak for the voiceless thousands victimized by one size fits all legislation? The time has come and the time is now.
