Folks will notice that the President has a few different "Payroll Tax Cuts" for small businesses. Well how about a "Payroll Tax Cut" for hiring people with criminal records bar no conviction type. Working folks are far less likely to resort to crime or recidivate when they can provide for their needs and for their families. It would also cut down on the drain of welfare that so often folks with criminal records, due to joblessness, often have to resort to. How about Advocates use the new White House Petitioning Process for this proposal.9-12-2011 National:
